SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Click schedule appointment at the bottom of this page and complete all the steps. You will be required to pay a booking fee of £65 to secure your appointment with us.

After scheduling your appointment you will receive a conformation email which will include a link to a design questionnaire. This questionnaire should be submitted before your appointment.

CLIENT DESIGN BRIEF

Based on your questionnaire and the video call, we will establish a brief to define your requirements, aspirations and budget. As we only offer virtual design services the client will be required to take rough measurements of their spaces, this will be further discussed via phone call/video call. Concept boards will also be made and sent with or shortly after receiving the design brief.

THE RESULTS

We will continue to work in collaboration with you to complete your package. Depending on your package you will receive PDF formats or links to everything included.

Disclaimers:

  • Booking fees are non-refundable. You will be able to reschedule your call to whatever date/time suits you best or cancel. In the event of a cancellation please contact us.

  • Clients will be required to sign a contract. This will be sent via email during the consultation and will be required to be sent back signed and dated so that we can begin working on your project promptly. This is to ensure the client receives the services they paid for and we receive payments for the work we have completed.

  • Any additional work requested outside of the package details will come at an extra cost. E.g. if you choose the discovery package but want renders you will have to pay an additional fee.

  • All additional fees will be covered in the client welcome package.
